Variety of work and people, travel, flexible work hours during non-event days. Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks. Being able to work virtually. Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.

What makes me so excited about my job?
We’re in the middle of crisis, people get downsized, they’re struggling to find jobs… and yet when they talk to me about my work they find me excited, passionate and pumped up. When they say “my day gets so long”, I say “my day is too short”… and they can’t believe that I really love my work.
Why did you choose this job / career?
Because if you seem like you care, you’ll work harder and overcome challenges. If you don’t seem to care at all, you’re more likely to quit when things get tough. Or come in late. Or slack off. So you DO need to seem like this is a career that you care about it and want to be in.
